Browser compatibility and killing IE6
Whilst production websites for my clients are developed to maximise compatibility with all common browsers, this website has officially stopped supporting Internet Explorer 6 (beyond what's already been done). This has been done in an effort to phase out the usage of Internet Explorer 6 - a browser which is slow, unsafe, a web-standards rogue, not to mention almost 10 years old.
There has been a lot of talk about the phase out of Internet Explorer 6, but so far it proves to be a difficult beast to kill. So I'm cutting the cord on this website as of now. If it looks wrong in IE6, that's because it is. I don't care. If you happen to be one of the few people that are still using Internet Explorer 6, I urge you to upgrade to a newer browser!
