Queensland was a real eye opener. I'd never been there before and, to be honest, wasn't expecting great things. Generally, I was proven wrong... though our initial introduction (via the Gold Coast) lead me to believe otherwise.
This was actually done in two sections. The first Byron images are before we went up to Brisbane and the latter images are after coming back. The scenery was great. Not at all what i expected as far as culture. I mentioned it reminded me of Lorne and Brendand didn't like it a great deal.
Adelaide was quick. Only one night there - my birthday. After a well received gig at the Grace Emily we stumbled upon the last night of the Adelaide Fringe Festival an, of course the Spiegeltent.
The first leg of the tour, Sydney was great and thanks to my trip up here last year it wasn't too daunting. Playing at the hopetoun was great seeing as I'd gone there the year before. Strangely, all pubs in NSW have pokies.
No actual gig documented here. Most photos taken by James. A good gig though.
Well the music... I'm not sure, but they know how to put on a show.
The review "day enjoyed by all." speaks for itself...
Yes. Apparently this little'un is 21.
In spite of the title.. Dave doesn't actually feature at all in these. Generally a disgraceful evening, though well worth it.
A weekend up in Sydney with Fez, Tim and Sal.
