So one day we'll get a brewery happening. It's all part of the grand plan and this country is in dire need of it. All the beers are boring and not particularly good. There's one good brewery from down south but that's about it.
The mentality of drinking beer here seems to be 'drink to get drunk', which if you've been living in Melbourne in the last five years and seen how selective people are becoming about their beer, you'll know it can be so much better than that dated, teenage mentality.
So I've been eyeing off this building ever since I first saw it in 2005 when I first came here. I think it's awesome. I may be slightly swayed by the cool custom painted script type on the outside though. Infact, to be honest I think that's around 80% of the attraction. Might have some health and safety concerns with the Asbestos roof too.
Maskin Service
There it is. Actually this photo is taken from the Esso service station across the road which is the major problem with the location. Otherwise it would be overlooking the fjord.

Aww man it is a nice building. I feel thirsty just looking at it, but very wary when I look at that roof.
